A space to explore whats going on beneath the surface - emotionally, mentally and relationally.
We will work together to untangle patterns, process experiences and support nervous system safety. These sessions are grounded in psychotherapy and draw on a range of approches including psychodynamic, CBT, IFS (parts work), TA and compassion focused therapy.
Ideal for: Anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, relationship patterns, identity shifts, inner critic work.

Somatic Therapy focuses on the connection between the mind and body in order to promote a whole person healing.
It helps you to become more aware of your bodily sensations, releasing tension and process unresolved trauma.

90 minutes | In-person only
A nourishing blend of talking therapy, bodywork, massage, breath and rest. These sessions are designed to bring the nervous system into regulation and help you to return to yourself - especially when you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out and disconnected.
Sessions include;
20 mins talking therapy decompression, to identify current support required.
60 mins holistic massage and bodywork (with oils, music and intentional space)
10 mins grounding breathwork and re integration.
Ideal for: Burnout, fertility support, postnatal depletion, system dysregulation, emotional exhaustion.
